Useful tips that work. It's funny how companies like Alexa can manipulate the SEO field ... but hey, they've earned the reputation and can get away with it.
I'm all for it. I just updated my toolbar. Thanks for the info
Another important element, and probably the most important of all, is acquiring as many inbound links as possible from "trusted" sites. Trusted sites have earned the reputation of having original content, high number of unique click-throughs, and high page-rank. As a matter of fact, sites that end in ".org" and ".edu" carry extra weight. But keep in mind, as part of your Web marketing strategy your going to want to share links with companies that draw an audience relevant to your industry. Keep in mind, all of the major search engines look at "where" these inbound links are placed on sites as well - are they buried somewhere on a "links" page or in the "comments" section -- or instead, are they prominently displayed "above-the-fold" on a highly visited page? All things to keep in mind ...
Thanks for these tips...I love little tweaks like this that can make a big difference!Terri Zwww.Solo-E.com
