Integrity
Payroll Solutions, LLC is embracing new media to spread the word about
its paycheck service. Vice President of Marty Bank, who opened t
he service in January, began an
online business community with a website and Facebook account.
“We see where everyone wants to be,” says Bank. “With Facebook and Twitter, it’s a whole new arena and the way to go.”
Bank and his team have more than 10 years of experience and pride themselves on customer service
and cost efficiency. Larger pay
roll
companies may lose focus on client support and charge more, he says.
Since opening earlier this year, a handful of companies have switched
over to Integrity Payroll’s services.
“We seem to be
at
the lowest price
point
because we have very little overhead, so we can afford to charge less for them to get more,” he says. “We provide
the
support they’re looking for.”

develops
the company’s online social media. Twitter has become the
fastest-growing web site, and Facebook has overstepped MySpace as the
largest social networking site. She suggests businesses place a photo
on their pages and post a little of their personal life or links to
articles on the site. This strategy shows the company’s willingness to
share information.
“It
takes time to build relationships and trust,” she says. “People are
looking more toward friends for recommendations and information, which
helps build the social networking industry.”
Through
his membership with the Chamber of Commerce, Bank hopes to use Constant
Contact to complete his website and reach his target audience. With the
service, he would like to create a template for his newsletter designed
specifically for paycheck companies.
“In
this economy, as companies are downsizing more and more companies and
outsourcing their payroll needs,” says Bank. “I found the opportunity
to get out there and help as many people as I can.”
Pigoni
hopes to create a blog to build traffic and credibility to eventually
become a global payroll company. Bank maintains a personal approach to
business based on customer service and sometimes hand delivers payrolls
to customers.
Bank
will complete the payroll and tax filing so businesses may focus more
on sales or marketing. Bank would especially like to serve churches at
a reduced price, as some larger payroll companies charge for services
to maintain hundreds of buildings across the country.
“They can take savings toward church events or put it back into
community,” he says. “I want the entire community to know about our
company and what we can do to help give back.”
