Just a view from the other side of the coin. When it seems that the only option is to lay off employees consider this: When times do eventually get good you might find yourself wishing you had the same employees back, only to find that they have moved on and now you have to break in a new person at your cost. Try to find other creative ways to cut back on expenses and maybe you can keep them after all. Also consider what will happen to the person after being let go, they will need help getting by. http://moneystight.blogtoolkit.com is a new avenue to help them out in their time of need.
