The Small Business tips today will be about being an Effective
Leader.
- Communicate
clearly and routinely. Lay out your company goals and principles and
continually share your vision with your employees.
- Involve
employees in setting objectives. Give them feedback on how they are
progressing toward meeting those targets.
- You be
accountable. Create an advisory board to help you make good strategic
decisions. Give you feedback on your performance.
- Be
trustworthy by extending trust to your team. This will help you earn
loyalty and strengthen your company.
