The Small Business tips today will be about being an Effective Leader.

 

  1. Communicate clearly and routinely. Lay out your company goals and principles and continually share your vision with your employees.
  2. Involve employees in setting objectives. Give them feedback on how they are progressing toward meeting those targets.
  3. You be accountable. Create an advisory board to help you make good strategic decisions. Give you feedback on your performance.
  4. Be trustworthy by extending trust to your team. This will help you earn loyalty and strengthen your company.

 

Daily Overview: To be an effective leader you must have communication, involvement, accountability and the extension of trust.
