- Let
your employees know innovation is a process. Some ideas will work, some
won't. Keep trying.
- Innovation
is collaborative. Listen. Listen. Did I mention to listen?
- New
ideas can come from some of the most unexpected sources. Be open to
accepting these connections.
- Be
patient. Don't rush creativity. It's just not possible. Patience builds
trust too.
