Tips from Friday, December 12, 2008

The Small Business tips today will be about creating an innovative environment.

  1. Let your employees know innovation is a process. Some ideas will work, some won't. Keep trying.
  2. Innovation is collaborative. Listen. Listen. Did I mention to listen?
  3. New ideas can come from some of the most unexpected sources. Be open to accepting these connections.
  4. Be patient. Don't rush creativity. It's just not possible. Patience builds trust too.

Daily Overview: Admit innovation is a process that's collaborative & requires you to listen. Have patience & listen elsewhere too.
