The Small Business tips today will be about how to enhance your sales.

  1. Try educating your customers thoroughly on your product. Let them know you understand their needs.
  2. What are your customers' actual needs? Determine what sort of product or service would fill those needs.
  3. Prove that you or or service are an asset to your customer. That you will improve or enhance their lives.
  4. After doing a great job, follow-up. Stay in touch with the attitude of how to better serve.

Daily Overview: The best ways to enhance your sales are through education, determining customer needs, being an asset & following up.

I post small business tips on my Twitter account each day, Monday through Friday. This is a reposting of those tips.

Chris,
Thanks for your response. It IS all about the customers and what they need. If we can provide that to them in reasonable ways, then we're golden!

Thanks for reading and commenting. I look forward to hearing more back from you!
