The Small Business tips today will be about time management and email.

  1. Let your email program manage your email as much as possible using email rules or filters.
  2. Turn off your email notifications. You don't need to see your email the moment it arrives.
  3. Avoid distractions! Don't read and answer your email all day long. Set aside a time each day to read and respond.
  4. Don't answer your email at your most productive time of day. Instead, do your most important tasks during that slot.

Daily Overview: Schedule and prioritize! Do what works best for the final goals of your company!
