The Small Business tips today will be about business to
business sales.
- When
selling business to business, make yourself a part of the team.
Demonstrate your desire to truly increase their bottom line.
- Don't
monopolize the talk time, give your customers opportunity to explain what
they need so you can determine how to help.
- Learn
as much as you can about the business you're selling to. You may think of
a new idea they'd not had before.
- Follow
up. Make return visits. Volunteer maintenance and training if there's
confusion. Educate!
Daily Overview: When selling to another business be on their
team, let them lead and learn as much as you can. Follow-up later.
