- In
order to find people on Twitter you first have to determine what kind of
people you want to follow.
- Search
live the content of people’s tweets by using http://search.twitter.com/
- Search
content, profiles and by category using http://www.twellow.com/
- Once
you find followers, watch who they interact with and follow them if
interests match up.

have to know what you’re looking for; use specialized search engines.
