The Small Business tips today will be about Virtual Assistants.

  1. Hire a Virtual Assistant: well qualified business owners who do same work as a secretary, personal asst & office admin combined.
  2. Virtual Assistants are virtual. They work out of their own office, on their own equipment & carry out work w/o having to meet you.
  3. Benefits of hiring VA: Charge only actual time spent. No need to buy special equipment, pay insurance, work comp or sick time.
  4. If your VA cannot complete a task due to lack of knowledge, they should be able to find someone who can saving you the time.

Daily Overview: Save money time and resources by outsourcing to a Virtual Assistant.

You've got it spot on! People are often a little concerned when they see the hourly rate of a VA but the thing you need to remember is that you won't be paying for people to take washroom breaks, long lunches, late starting days, vacation time, sick time, fringe benefits, office gossip time, personal phone calls, internet surfing, etc.

We offer our customers the opportunity to prepay their hours and they start with as little as one hour. This makes it so easy to see just how much work can be done in that VA hour.

Great post! Thanks

A great place to get information on how to go about hiring a VA, is at www.VAnetworking.com. Tons of information, including a free Ebook on Hiring the Ultimate Virtual Assistant for your Business". They also have a place to post your job requirements and you will get responses from qualified VAs.

I totally agree. I believe hiring the services of a virtual assistant will help free up mundane day-to-day task. A virtual assistant saves you a bundle because you’re paying them on an “as needed” basis. Another way to save money is to use phone conference calling and video conferencing from http://www.24conference.com. You can connect to your virtual assistant at anytime – it’s almost as if they are in the same room with you.
