The Small Business tips today will be about learning what
your employees want from you as a leader.
- Employees
want to trust you and for you to trust them. Take the step first.
- Employees
want communication to be two-way. Listen to them.
- Employees
want to be challenged. Set goals and let them be creative and
authoritative in meeting said goals.
- Employees
want to be recognized for a job well done. Tell them when they're doing
good every chance you can!
Daily Overview: Be the leader your employees want. Trust =
2-way. Communicate = 2-way. Challenge creativity. Recognition!
