About Shoeboxed
Shoeboxed provides a great service for small and medium business owners. Using Shoeboxed you will keep better track of your expenses, and your business contacts while you save valuable time. We do the grunt work - scanning your receipts and business cards so you have all the data you need for taxes, bookkeeping, expense reports, and contact management.
Using postage-paid envelopes, simply mail-in receipts and business cards you collect through the normal course of business. Shoeboxed will scan the documents, extract and verify (yes, Verify!) the data, and make it available for download and import into your accounting and CRM systems. Current export options provide support for CSV, PDF, MS Excel, Quicken, Quickbooks, Outright, Freshbooks, BatchBooks, Salesforce.com, Jigsaw and most other accounting and contact management systems.
