IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New Historical Society Commemorative Calendar Now Available

The Mount Prospect Historical Society has released its fourth annual calendar. This year it features delightful images of Mount Prospect’s children – past and present.

It has certainly been a notable year for the Village, following the pronouncement by BusinessWeek.com last fall of Mount Prospect as America’s Best Place to Raise a Child. Children have always found Mount Prospect a great place to grow up, and this calendar reflects nearly a century of these warm childhood memories.

The calendars cost $10 and are available at the Mount Prospect Historical Society’s Dietrich Friedrichs museum, located at 101 S. Maple St.; Busse Car Wash, 113 E. Prospect Ave.; the Mount Prospect Public Library, 10 S. Emerson St.; Busse Flowers, 100 E. Northwest Hwy.; ByteMe! Computer Sales & Services, Inc., 718 E. Northwest Hwy.; elements™ diet & fitness center for women, 106 S. Emerson St.; and Keefer’s Pharmacy, 5 W. Prospect Ave., all located in Mount Prospect, IL.

Supplies are limited for this keepsake calendar.  For more information or to order your calendar today, please call 847/392-9006.
