There is an old adage: Beware what you wish for, you might get it. Well, the hope-wreathed wishes for change are coming to fruition as the President takes one unprecedented step after another. Over the weekend, he ordered the departure of General Motors' Chairman and CEO, Rick Wagoner, ostensibly as part of the effort to save the century-old automaker. There needed to be a shake-up at the top of GM, no question, but the real issue is the fact that the President did this at all.
